Assistant to the City Recorder

The City of Toledo is in recruitment to fill a part-time Assistant to City Recorder position. The person hired for this position must be able to work efficiently with limited supervision, maintain confidentiality and meet required timelines; must possess a thorough knowledge of business English, spelling and grammar and must have good comprehension and communication skills; must have basic knowledge of webpage design and maintenance; must work well under pressure of workload/timelines and possess the ability to interact effectively with others. This position requires the ability to operate standard office equipment, including a personal computer with standard office software i.e. Microsoft word, excel, access, publisher, and PowerPoint as well as web design software. Competitive salary range of $2,998 – $3,648 (pro-rated at 80%) DOE. To apply see the City’s website at cityoftoledo.org. For more information.
