The Community Planning and Development Department is responsible for the City's comprehensive plan, implementing ordinances, code enforcement, building permits, grant administration and special projects. In addition, the Planning Department oversees the Toledo Hometown Project which, provides a forum for the Toledo Merchants and community citizens to work together to promote Toledo.
