Bidders must purchase Bidding Documents from the Engineer and be listed on the  Plan holders list. One copy of the Bidding Documents, including specifications and drawings, may be obtained from the Engineer’s design office with a non-refundable payment of $85.00 per set, payable to the Engineer.
