City Council Executive Session

NOTE: The executive session will begin at 6:15 p.m. or immediately follow the Urban Renewal Agency meeting; whichever time is earlier

Virtual Meeting: The City Council may hold the meeting through the Zoom video meeting platform.

The Toledo City Council will meet in Executive Session, pursuant to ORS 192.660(2)(d) To conduct deliberations with persons designated by the governing body to carry on labor negotiations.

Representatives of the news media and designated staff may be allowed to attend the executive session. All other members of the audience are prohibited. Representatives of the news media are specifically directed not to report on any of the deliberations except to state the general subject of the session as previously announced. No final decisions may be made in Executive Session.
