The Toledo Municipal Court processes minor traffic violations and ordinance violations of the Toledo Municipal Code. Court is held at 206 N. Main Street, in the Toledo City Council Chambers located at City Hall. The presiding Judge is Arnold Poole.
Violations Bureau
The Violations Bureau is open Monday through Thursday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. except scheduled court days and holidays. This service is provided to dispose of matters without appearing before a judge.
If you would like to handle your citation through the Violations Bureau you must appear before the Court Clerk in City Hall located at 206 N. Main Street, who will look at your driving record for the past three (3) years. If you have had one or more convictions on your driving record in the last 12 months, the Clerk is unable to reduce the fine and you have to appear in court to request a reduction. Generally, the Clerk uses the same fine schedule as the judge.
