Making a payment online
The City of Toledo now accepts online payments for Municipal Court fines and Utility accounts. You can submit your utility (water) payments and court payments online via the links below.
If you need to make payment arrangements, please contact the finance department to make payment arrangements.
Please note:
As of October 1, 2024 utility payments are now being accepted through Xpress Bill Pay at the link below. You must create a new account to make payments online or set up Auto-Pay. Instructions to create a new user account are available at the bottom of the page.
