The Utilities Division is responsible for providing effective technical services regarding:
- Treatment Processing
- Infrastructure Maintenance
- Wastewater / Storm water Collection system
- Lift stations
- Manholes & catch-basins
- Water Distribution system
- Pump stations
- Storage Reservoirs
- Fire hydrants & valves
- Wastewater / Storm water Collection system
- Records management & reporting
Our mission is one of operating and maintaining the water and wastewater treatment facilities, as well as the appropriate corresponding distribution and collection systems, in such a way as to meet strict governmental requirements while providing safe drinking water and protecting the health of the environment.
We strive to provide prompt and courteous service to the citizens of Toledo and to respond to their requirements, present and future, in the safest, most effective and efficient manner possible, while working to provide outputs to the highest quality standards available.
