Facilities & Fleet Maintenance

Facilities and Fleet Maintenance handles the following duties:

• Building and facilities maintenance 
• Facility design / construction 
• Fleet management 
• Parks & Open Spaces

Responsible parties for this Division include the Operations Supervisor, who directly supervises a Mechanic, Municipal Maintenance Workers, and various temporary workers as needed.  

Our mission is to build, maintain, operate, and manage City facilities while being responsible and accountable stewards of the City's facilities.  We will strive to provide timely, cost-effective, preventive maintenance of public infrastructure and equipment and assist other departments and divisions to jointly provide a safe, convenient, and healthy environment for the City of Toledo.
